Clean Rooms and Friendly Staff

The hotel was situated in a great location and offered free parking which was a bonus. The rooms were spotless and spacious, with comfortable beds, and plenty of tea and coffee supplies. The staff were incredibly welcoming and more than happy to answer our questions. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was delicious and had a lot of variety.

The bathroom was quite small and not the cleanest. we could hear some noise from other guests in the hallway which disturbed our sleep a bit.

Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Batchley Spice that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Reception staff very appreciated. The total experience was comfortable. St benedicts social club is a stone’s throw away.

Central location. We were surprised by the garden. Only a 10-minute stroll was needed to get to Christadelphian Hall. No complaints, the hotel met requirements.

Stayed here during Christmas and it was great! Conveniently located near the motorway and only a short drive to the nearest shopping center. the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with the free Wifi and breakfast service. Breakfast was amazing, with a decent spread of hot and cold options. this hotel was excellent value for money.

The location. Although it was near the motorway, it was a little remote with not much around the area.

Located conveniently close to the motorway, the hotel offers easy access for travelers. the rooms are clean and equipped with useful amenities such as a kettle. the staff are warm and welcoming, providing excellent customer service. the breakfast offers a variety of choices and the staff in the restaurant are helpful and friendly. the hotel has plenty of parking space and outdoor seating to relax.

Some noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway can be heard, potentially lessening the overall tranquility of the stay.
